Why do we worship?
Reading the Da vinci code. Takes you through a journey of ancient symbolism.. days of christianity etc etc.
while reading just paused for a moment to think why do we worship? We know ancient people worshipped sun, moon . how did they get a feeling of worship? As we eat, sleep and love even the animals do. but do they know to worship? is dog's honesty towards it owner is its way of showing love or devotion? do they undesrstand this feeling-Devotion. does this feeling come from our thinking capacity? Just cant find the answer

Rakhi Hysteria !!!
When i read abt the "Rakhi Hysteria" in Gujraat , i was really amazed at the way these kind of fear spreads..
Some similar kind of hysteria was very prevelant durin 1994 in Bangalore.
There was a story that something ( i dont know what it is.. Devil, spirit.. r whatever) knocks at ur door, the moment u open the door ,"it" kill u r somethng similar like that.
So people started to write nale ba (come tomorrow) on their doors. It was a belief that if reads nale ba , it will go bak and comes tomorrow again, ofcourse to back after reading nale ba.
I just wonder how people were so sure that "it" can read kannada!! My native which is 400 kmts from Blore also saw some doors with nale ba :).
Now just waiting to see where this Rakhi Hysteria is heading towards ;)

Becoming lazy day by day

My Fortune for Today
My Todays Fortune in Orcut says "Strong and bitter words indicate a weak cause".
And just a while ago, I have sent a mail to one of my friend with all the bitter words.
(Before seeing the Fortune ofcourse).
So what this fortune was telling.. was it telling me that today i have a tendency to use bitter words and thus reveal the weakness of my cause? Or was it telling me not to do it today.I am confused !!

Chocolates..Chocolates..Chocolates
There's nothing better than a good friend, except a good friend with CHOCOLATE
Forget love-- I'd rather fall in chocolate!!!
I never met a chocolate I didn't like-- Deanna Troi in Star Trek: The Next Generation

Back after a long time
Hello People,
It was a long pause and now i am back. had quite a few great experiences in thee days.
Read "The Alchemist". truly an amazing book.. one book which may change ur life.. ur outlook towards ur dream.
Its about a guy who follows his dream (yes DREAM the one which occurs when you sleep.. !!) It tells you that if you want some thing be desperate for it.. put your soul in to it.. and work towards it.. when you work with so much of positive thought.. things in ur surrounding start putting their positive energy to see tyour dream come true.
Many fantacies in the story . I had a great experience reading it.
Please find some time to read it. i am sure you will love it.

Welcoming the new things in life
Suddenly every thing around me is changing.. Including myself.. I am shifetd from the project with which i was associated from past 9 months to learn new things. New technology. and suddenly i find myself sitting in office with music on and posting in my blog!! all new totally new to me. But i must admit i am enjoying this. Learning .Net has finally taken that "out-of -Place" feeling which was bothering me from quite some time.
Looking forward for some good refreshment in weekend :)
